Satya Nadella The Third CEO of Microsoft - is it a good pick for Microsoft..?

Microsoft Corporation, the great revolutionary makers in all over the world by the development of Windows Operating systems and other Software’s, announced Satya Nadella as their third CEO after the great Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer. Microsoft selected the new CEO Satya Nadella after compiling with 100s of other options, but is it a right decision for Microsoft in this very competitive era.

Microsoft has lots of growth in their business in all periods, but while comparing to 90’s or before, this growth is a little slower for Microsoft, Microsoft is very  slow in the case of Mobile Operating Systems when we are comparing with Google or Apple. In the case of Social Networking or Search Engine Microsoft is far behind when comparing with Facebook or Google. The main corporate competitors of Microsoft , Facebook and Google is running by using Fresh Blood such as Facebook’s Zucken Berg or Google’s Larry page. But On the same time After 90’s Microsoft is always developing by Veteran CEO’s the great Bill Gates, Steve Blammer and now Satyla Nadella.

But Experience of the Satya Nadella will be a great Competitive advantage for Microsoft in the Future business, we can hope in such a way. Satya Nadella has a great experience of 22 Years in Microsoft from 1992, he was the Director for the sections of Cloud Computing, Game Consoles, and more since 1992.

The development of the Windows mobile Operating System, Merger With Nokia Corporation, Bing Search Engine, Chrome mobile Operating system, there have more milestones to pass in the near future for Satya Nadella as an assessment.

In the words of Microsoft , Nadella the 46 aged in Indian Born is the apt person for the next CEO of Microsoft Corporation, that may not be the wrong decision of the great Windows Developers. We can wait for such good news from Microsoft and Satya Nadella.

We can also believe in following great words also.

The only Source of Knowledge is Experience” – Albert Einstein

“Experience is the teacher for all other things” – Julius Caesar
