Lenovo Purchases Motorola for $2.9 million from Google.

The Search engine giant Google sells the Motorola Smartphone brand to the computer and Electronics manufacturer Lenovo for $2.9 Million. At present Lenovo has the Smartphone segment with the least amount of market Share, now this merger with  the famous Smartphone developers Motorola will make more efficiency and more market for Lenovo in the Smartphone segment.

 Google purchased this Smartphone manufactures Motorola at $12.4 billion in 2012, at that time Motorola was in great financial crisis due to tough competition in the market. Now the Google again resells this Smartphone brand to the popular Computer manufacturer Lenovo by keeping the most patents purchased from Motorola.

The Buying of the Motorola will develop the Lenovo as an international Smartphone manufacturer that can compete with Samsung, Nokia , HTC and Apple, At present Lenovo is one of top Laptop manufacturer in the world.

Google is indicating that, this sale of the Motorola Smartphone segment will enable more research on the Android Operating System division.
