How to delete unwanted mails automatically from your Inbox in Gmail.


E-mails are a very important part of our business or personal life, each of mails is very important for our business decisions. But sometimes the spam mails/ junk mails coming to our Gmails may deviate our concentration to important mails or may make a heavy disturbance in office hours.

So here, we are creating a tool to delete the Spam / Unwanted mails automatically from your Inbox with the help of Gmail – Filters.

Step 1: -  Log in to Gmail account and go to settings button on your left side, just like below image.
Step 2: -  When it opens the Settings page, click on the “Filters”  tab on settings page, (may be in the middle part of your top menu)
Step 3: - On the next step, click on the “create new filter” button. (In the lower part of Above page)

Step 4: - When you click on the “Create new Filter” button, you will get a new screen, in that screen you can provide specific key words, subjects, mail-Id’s you want to block.
Step 5: - Then click on the “Create Filter with this search”. 

Step 6: - Then you will get a new page to select your filter option, on that page select the “Delete it” option.
Step 7: - And click on the “Create Filter” button, and also select “apply filter to match messages” to avoid messages from the same sender / address.

Note: Please choose the “Skip the Inbox” button in the above page, to store the deleted messages in the archive page. This will help to recover the deleted messages from your Inbox.
