E-MAIL ETIQUETTE
    1. make sure that your email contains greetings.
    2. Address your contact with the appropriate level of formality and make sure you spelled their name correctly.
    3. check your mail correctly and ensure that mistake proofed 
    4. be sure that all details are brief and relevant
    5. beware of grammar and punctuation
    6. try to avoid   emotional sentences 
    7. check address

    9. dont use key words or jargons
    10. Be sure the Subject: field accurately reflects the content of your email.
    11. Don't hesitate to say thank you, how are you, or appreciate your help!
    12. Always end your emails with "Thank you," "Sincerely," "Take it easy," "Best regards" - something!
    13. Do not type in all caps. That's yelling or reflects shouting emphasis.
    14. Do not use patterned backgrounds. Makes your email harder to read.
