NOKIA SIRIUS: A 10.1-INCH WINDOWS RT TABLET

Nokia Sirius, the Windows RT tablet have a 1080p display and be powered by quad-core Qualcomm processor and  also expected to have a 6.7-MP camera, and will be priced at $499. Nokia is reported to be holding a launching event later this month, will announce this new tablet along with the new Lumia 1520.

This tablet will be thinner than the current iPad and lighter at just over a pound in weight so it will be a revolutionary change in the Nokia traditional concept. The Sirius includes a 6-megapixel camera at the rear with a 2-megapixel shooter at the front and 10.1-inch display that Nokia is planning to use will run at 1920 x 1080 resolution, and suitable for outdoor readability thanks to a high amount of bright output. It will feature Qualcomm's quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB of RAM. Nokia is aiming for 10 hours good battery life with LTE connectivity and other features include a microSD port to extend the 32GB, a Micro HDMI connector, and also a Micro USB port.

Nokia has a plan to ship a keyboard accessory with its "Sirius" tablet that includes a battery for additional charging. And also other optional accessories will be made available at launch. Nokia's tablet will be priced comparatively with  iPad, and that the company won't try to undercut pricing in the initial stage. Nokia will announce the tablet at a launch event in New York, will be on September 26^th along with others.
